This app features an explanatory video at 1st launch (natively integrated into the app).
The solution also implements a useful native function to send pictures, so customers can directly make requests and inquiries to our support team via the app.(Within "Kontakt" > "Foto senden")
The "Call us" feature embedded into the main view enables the customer to get into direct contact with us.
We have also implemented a game using native iOS features to increase customer loyalization and pass time while waiting for (chat-)support.
When a certain goal is reached within the game the customer can get special incentives regarding our services.
Our natively implemented "Map" feature enables the customer to find our Location more easily allowing for better customer contact.
